É já no próximo dia 24 de Outubro que a Fundação Portugal-África, na cidade do Porto, acolhe mais uma edição do evento Investor Days Porto – Financiamento e Eficiência Energética.
O certame pretende ser uma plataforma de excelência de troca de experiências e soluções de investimento, tendo em conta o panorama e desafios em termos de energia e clima, até 2030, e descarbonização da economia até 2050.
É sabido que a economia global enfrenta desafios prementes, na procura de um mundo mais sustentável e energeticamente mais eficiente. Nesse sentido, a procura por formas diversificadas de financiamento, como o recurso a capitais privados e novos modelos, são quase obrigatórios na realidade vivida actualmente.
Neste contexto, o Investor Days Porto – Financiamento e Eficiência Energética, cuja organização está a cargo da RdA – Climate Solutions e do BCSD – Business Council for Sustainable development, acabou por surgir por intermédio de dois projectos ligados ao Horizonte 2020: o ICP Europe e o ESI Europe. A iniciativa, cujo sucesso tem vindo a ser comprovada em edições anteriores, surge com o objectivo primordial de procurar as melhores formas de financiamento de investimentos em eficiência energética, tendo em conta vários aspetos: inovação no financiamento em energia sustentável, ferramentas para a redução de risco e standardização.
