O congresso do sistema de avaliação e certificação ambiental LiderA vai colocar a discussão em redor de quatro temas: a resposta às alterações climáticas, a introdução de soluções de base natural na construção e urbanismo, a eficiência e sustentabilidade do edificado e os projectos no âmbito da Lisboa Capital Verde Europeia 2020. O encontro está marcado para amanhã, no centro de congressos Instituto Superior Técnico, em Lisboa.
Num encontro que vai durar todo o dia – com início às nove da manhã e fim agendado para as cinco e meia da tarde -, vão ser discutidos desafios e soluções no domínio da sustentabilidade ambiental do sector da construção. A mais recente versão do sistema de avaliação e certificação da sustentabilidade LiderA estará em destaque no LiderA’20.
A discussão no congresso vai, contudo, centrar-se em torno de quatro temas principais: as abordagens inovadoras para a eficiência e sustentabilidade do edificado, a integração de soluções de base natural na construção e no urbanismo, a criação de valor e resiliência na resposta às alterações climáticas e os “projectos mobilizadores” a realizar no âmbito da Lisboa Capital Verde Europeia 2020.
Segundo a organização do congresso, os requisitos na construção “têm vindo a evoluir”, bem como “os desafios e as soluções disponíveis” no campo da sustentabilidade, tornando-se “importante adoptar soluções que assegurem desempenho ecológico em equilíbrio com a dimensão social e económica”. A questão da “habitação a custos controlados”, assim como a necessidade de “desenvolver espaços inclusivos” conquistaram também lugar para a discussão no decorrer do dia.
O programa do congresso conta com a presença de especialistas e representantes do município de Lisboa e as inscrições, ainda a decorrer, são gratuitas embora sejam obrigatórias.
