A ADENE – Agência para a Energia anunciou a sua participação em seis novos projectos europeus focados na eficiência energética e hídrica e na promoção da mobilidade eléctrica. Entre os projectos, orientados também para a indústria, estão a proposta de criação de uma plataforma para a gestão energética inteligente de edifícios hospitalares e a identificação de soluções inovadoras para a gestão de energia em edifícios de habitação social.
No passado dia 14 de Novembro, a ADENE anunciou a participação em seis projectos europeus, com recurso a financiamento através dos programas Interreg Sudoe, Interreg Europe e do programa comunitário Horizonte 2020.
Em notícia publicada no seu sítio web, a Agência para a Energia destacou, no âmbito da sua participação nos projectos, “a utilização de metodologias integradas para a eficiência hídrica e energética em edifícios”, mas também a “monitorização em tempo real” e o “recurso a ferramentas BIM (Building Information Modeling)”.
Assim, a ADENE vai “colaborar”, entre outros, no Coleopter, projecto que pretende desenvolver “uma nova metodologia de auditoria energética e hídrica para edifícios da administração pública”, no Hospital Sudoe 4.0, que prevê a “criação de uma plataforma para a gestão energética inteligente de edifícios hospitalares”, e no X-tendo, com o objectivo de “apoiar as autoridades públicas na transição para a próxima geração de sistemas de certificação do desempenho energético dos edifícios”. Neste projecto, a ADENE deve participar no desenvolvimento de “opções de financiamento”, assim como na fase de testes.
Um dos projectos que a associação de utilidade pública portuguesa da área da energia agora integra visa a identificação de “soluções inovadoras para a gestão de energia em edifícios de habitação social”. É o Sudoe Energy Push e, para além da ADENE, conta com a participação dos municípios de Almada e Gaia para a implementação e execução de projectos piloto. Este projecto, orientado para a “redução da pobreza energética”, conta com financiamento do programa comunitário Interreg Sudoe.
A ADENE participa igualmente no projecto de mobilidade EMOBICITY, que também conta com financiamento do Interreg Europe e com a participação da direcção regional de energia da região autónoma dos Açores, que integra o consórcio. O objectivo do projecto é fomentar a adopção de políticas que potenciem o crescimento da utilização de soluções de mobilidade eléctrica.
Por último, a ADENE junta-se também ao EMB3RS, um projecto orientado para o “desenvolvimento de uma plataforma de simulação de cenários de recuperação e reutilização do excesso de calor e frio” provenientes do sector industrial, promovendo o “aproveitamento de energia térmica”, sublinha a agência. A ADENE adianta que pretende, com estes projectos, “contribuir para o desenvolvimento de novos modelos para o uso eficiente e sustentável da energia e da água”.
Os projectos Coleopter e Hospital Sudoe 4.0 são co-financiados pelo programa Interreg Sudoe. O EMB3RS encontra-se financiado ao abrigo do programa Horizonte 2020.
