Para o novo concessionário Lexus em Faro (Portugal), os arquitetos da RARCON criaram um edifício minimalista com uma forma geométrica irregular. Para tornar exequível a sua construção, optaram por um sistema de fachada ventilada que permitisse a criação de uma “envolvente” que pudesse adaptar-se à morfología proposta. Com o sistema ARK Wall da Isopan, não só se conseguiu uma execução rápida da obra, como também um acabamento estético único.
A Lexus abriu um novo concessionário em Faro, na região do Algarve (Portugal), que pressupõe o desenvolvimento de um novo conceito de espaço comercial e de exposição da marca. O gabinete de arquitetura RARCON assumiu o projeto de criação de um edifício com uma forte identidade.
Nas palavras da RARCON, “de uma estrutura metálica pré-existente e da reformulação de um espaço comercial, foi desenvolvido um exercício de criar uma peça icónica que se afirma como protagonista perante a envolvente. A estrutura existente tinha uma forma muito particular e para albergar as necessidades técnicas exigidas pelo programa, como uma área de exposição, escritório, lounge e um piso técnico superior, houve a necessidade de adaptar as pendentes para incluir o programa e para o controlo da drenagem das águas pluviais. A cobertura foi pensada como um quinto alçado, igualmente tratado, moldado e revestido, para que haja uniformidade de qualquer ponto de vista. As geometrias foram deliberadamente vincadas com a intenção de sobressair e atrair o cliente intuitivamente para o interior do espaço. Estas geometrias são introduzidas com recurso a uma substrutura autónoma como uma pele que se agarra à pré-existência e permitiu assim um desenho mais livre do objeto. No interior do edifício percebemos que a relação com o exterior é direta havendo um diálogo com a linguagem pensada para o involucro. Assim, o interior é moldado pela estrutura metálica pré-existente, tornando-o característico pelos ângulos e torções que o compõem. O edifício funciona como um todo, com uma identidade morfológica forte que se relaciona com a identidade da marca, em que a parte cromática e a forma é predominante no espaço”.
A fachada ventilada pré-fabricada ARK Wall
O uso de um sistema de construção seco e leve, forneceu além de um melhor desempenho térmico ideal para o edifício, como também um excelente acabamento arquitetónico. A solução foi optar pelo sistema de fachada ventilada ARK Wall da Isopan que se adaptou perfeitamente às irregularidades da envolvente projetada. O sistema permite que uma subestrutura metálica leve seja adicionada aos painéis sanduíche ISOPAN, que suporta o revestimento final feito com painéis de fibrocimento. O resultado é um envolvente homogéneo completo, com o mesmo tipo de elementos de construção.
A ARK Wall consegue melhorar o isolamento térmico e acústico do edifício enquanto elimina as pontes térmicas e se converte numa envolvente térmica eficiente para mudanças atmosféricas exteriores. O sistema ventilado fornece alta respirabilidade e evita a acumulação de humidade. Finalmente, a ARK Wall é uma solução funcional, de construção leve e a seco, de fácil manutenção e de grande valor estético e durabilidade. O uso de painéis de luz reduz o peso transmitido à estrutura do edifício e proporciona grande liberdade de expansão térmica graças aos componentes de fixação e ancoragem do revestimento exterior.
