A Giacomini Portugal já está a comercializar a nova gama de equipamentos de ventilação mecânica centralizada (VMC) e descentralizada da marca italiana. Os produtos disponíveis vêm complementar os sistemas radiantes, permitindo a oferta de soluções completas, incluindo bomba de calor, para climatização e renovação do ar com recuperação de calor, desumidificação e apoio ao arrefecimento em edifícios residenciais.
Entre as muitas novidades disponíveis, o destaque vai para as VMC’s KHR, unidades de duplo fluxo, com recuperador de calor de alta eficiência, free-cooling, dimensões compactas e montagem simplificada em todo o tipo de locais técnicos. Estão disponíveis dois modelos KHR, um com recuperador de calor standard e outro com recuperador entálpico, ambos controlados por um painel de controlo tátil, para montagem à superfície da parede.
Graças aos sistemas de ventilação mecânica controlada, é possível garantir a salubridade e o conforto higrotérmico no interior dos edifícios. Visto que as pessoas passam 90% das suas vidas em espaços interiores, é imprescindível assegurar a renovação do ar interior com uma ventilação adequada, sendo que esta será fundamental não só para a nossa saúde, mas também para o desempenho térmico e energético dos edifícios. No inverno, a ventilação impede a formação de mofo, decorrente da alta percentagem de humidade presente, torna o ar mais saudável e, no verão, elimina o vapor produzido pelas atividades humanas no interior dos edifícios.
