O GeoABAC é uma ferramenta que permite responder às necessidades de verificação do cumprimento dos requisitos legais (Decreto-Lei nº 118/2013 de 20 de agosto e consequente Portaria nº 349-D/2013 de 2 de dezembro e Portaria nº 42/2019 de 30 de Janeiro) aplicáveis aos Sistemas de Gestão Técnica de edifícios novos ou sujeitos a grandes reformulações, constantes no RECS (“Regulamento de Desempenho Energético dos Edifícios de Comércio e Serviços”) e na norma EN-15232:2017 (“Energy performance of buildings – Impact of Building Automation, Controls and Building Management”), e do potencial de poupança de energia resultante da implementação destes sistemas em edifícios de serviços.
O GeoBAC destina-se aos PERITOS QUALIFICADOS e PROJECTISTAS, no apoio à execução de projectos relativos a novos edifícios e grandes remodelações, como suporte técnico para a verificação do RECS e da classe da norma EN-15232:2017, necessários para a emissão do Pré Certificado (PCE) e Certificado Energético (CE) no final da Obra.
O GeoBAC é uma ferramenta gratuita e de fácil utilização. Para a sua utilização basta aceder ao endereço https://www.elikeus.pt/geobac/, no portal “Efficient Like Us” da Geoterme e efectuar o respectivo registo.
No final o GeoBAC disponibiliza um relatório com o resultado da verificação regulamentar, que pode ser junto ao projecto de GTC e ao processo do Pré Certificado.
