Instalar corretamente isolamento isento de halogénio

Os materiais isolantes isentos de halogênio estão a tornar-se cada vez mais importantes no campo do isolamento técnico. Por serem isentos de PVC, cloretos e retardantes de chama bromados, eles podem, dependendo da configuração, ser utilizados ​​tanto em edifícios verdes como em projetos de construção sustentável. O material (por exemplo, Kaiflex HFplus s2) é particularmente adequado para uso em sistemas de aço inoxidável ou em aplicações industriais e especiais nas quais gases tóxicos representam um risco particular. Isto inclui, também, aplicações no setor marítimo e ferroviário. No entanto, o processamento de materiais livres de halogênio requer um certo conhecimento técnico.

Ao processar o material, deve estar ciente e levar em consideração os seus recursos especiais. Os materiais de isolamento sem halogênio são menos robustos, mecanicamente, que os FEF padrões – são mais sensíveis. Isso deve-se ao facto de não terem o efeito estabilizador dos ingredientes que contêm halogênio. Os materiais isolantes devem, portanto, ser processados ​​com menor ou nenhuma tensão: se as pranchas forem cortadas demasiado pequenas e dobradas, pequenas fissuras serão uma consequência.
A formulação especial de materiais livres de halogênio requer uma manipulação cuidadosa. O atrito e o uso excessivo da força devem ser evitados em qualquer situação. Na zona limite entre dois diâmetros, a coquilha com maior diâmetro interno deve ser sempre selecionada, porque se a coquilha for empurrada sobre o tubo à força, será danificada.

Calcular o consumo de material fiavelmente

Tempos de construção reduzidos, alta pressão sobre os custos, as próximas encomendas já em espera – como regra, as coisas necessitam ser feitas de forma rápida e eficiente no local de obra. Isto também se aplica à instalação do isolamento técnico. Qualquer coisa que possa ser calculada com precisão e antecedência é útil.

A solução: um auxiliar técnico da Kaimann, com o qual os instaladores podem calcular o consumo esperado de material, com antecedência. Para os produtos Kaiflex, este auxiliar de trabalho lista as quantidades padrão (pranchas) e as espessuras mínimas de isolamento de acordo com a VDI 2055. Isto torna rápido e fácil calcular quanto é normalmente planeado para que projeto. Além disso, o folheto fornece informações sobre a quantidade de cola a ser projetada ao processar coquilhas. Também determina a quantidade de cinta Kaiflex a ser usada para selar juntas adesivas em costuras, ramificações e uniões.

O resultado: as propostas para o cliente podem ser preparadas com muito maior precisão em termos de tempos e consumos. O desperdício de material e pedidos incorretos são reduzidos ao mínimo.
