Durante o mês de Setembro, a ADENE – Agência para a Energia está a levar a cabo formações para a Certificação Internacional LEED GA e LEED AP BD+C, para além da certificação IPMVP (Peritos em Medição e Verificação).
Segundo o comunicado divulgado pela agência, as formações para o Curso de Preparação para LEED Accredited Professional com especialidade em Building Design and Construction irão decorrer em Leça da Palmeira, entre os dias 30 de Setembro e 1 de Outubro. No dia 16 de Setembro, teve já lugar o Curso de Preparação para LEED Green Associate.
A LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) é uma certificação para construções sustentáveis concedida pelo U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), o Gabinete de Construção Ecológica dos Estados Unidos, tendo em conta vários parâmetros de racionalização de recursos, como água, energia, entre outros, de um edifício. A formação LEED GA tem como finalidade última dotar os formandos dos melhores conhecimentos na área da construção sustentável e boas práticas de design. Já o curso LEED AP BD+C coloca o destaque na certificação de novas construções e grandes reabilitações, com apresentação de todas as fases e pontos-chave deste tipo de projetos. Ambas as formações dão destaque à certificação em construção sustentável LEED do USGBC.
Para além desta formação, a ADENE vai promover, em Lisboa, a partir do dia 20 de Novembro, a formação de Peritos de Medição e Verificação (M&V), segundo o IPMVP. O curso, uma parceria com a Efficiency Valuation Organization (EVO), visa formar peritos de M&V, estando a ADENE responsável pela organização do Curso de Certificação de Profissionais de Medição e Verificação (CMVP)
